Hi Jason,

From one Career Resumes blogger to another, allow me to simply say, "Awesome job!"

I've been peeking in over the last few months, and it comes as no surprise that you've made the blog an invaluable resource for its readers, and - even more importantly - you've brought everything unique about yourself to the table.

With your level of experience, it might have been easy to "phone it in" - give a bit of good information, a picture and a link or two, and call it a day. Based on everything I'd heard and read about you, though, I figured you'd give it that something extra - which is probably what you were thinking about when you wondered whether you had the mental bandwidth to take on the blog. (Love that transparency, by the way.)

Suffice it to say, you've definitely brought that special something to the blog. It's professional and conversational, surprising and thought-provoking, and it's got a healthy dose of your personal experience, expertise, and humor all wrapped up into nice, tight posts.

You're delivering just the kind of resource job seekers need in this particularly topsy-turvy time in our economy. Rock on!

Warm regards,
Allen
